*Wasp* is certainly an interesting read, with cell structure revolution, maybe relevant but I wouldn't count it as anarchism, since protagonist is working for one government to bring another down (this is not a spoiler IIRC).

Joan Slonczewski Still Forms on Foxfield. The only Quaker title on the list, I do believe.
